Second Chance Group Home is a group home that provides housing and support services for girls ages 13-17 years old.

Second Chance Group Home provides a range of services including 24-hour supervision, assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation.

Second Chance Group Home serves individuals with a variety of disabilities including intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions.

  There are many options to pay for treatment:

1. Insurance- Your insurance may pay for all or part of your daughter’s treatment. Often, we can negotiate with your insurance company for full or partial payment of services. It usually depends on your plan and mental health benefits.

2. Family members- Many families have reached out to close family members for help even with partial payment of services. In combination with other options, this can contribute to partial payment.

3. Home equity loans- Often families will borrow money at a lower interest rate than traditional loan methods. 

4. Self Pay- Checking, Debit/Credit cards- We accepts all major credit cards. 

We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. 

 Second Chance Group Home staff will contact your insurance as a courtesy to you. We will consult with you concerning your coverage amounts and remaining costs. Each insurance company is unique and may cover different amounts. In some cases, residential care is not a service covered by insurance, and in other’s rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
